Millions of weight loss programs will ask you the question: do you want to lose fat? While they will tell you a plethora of exercise and diet options, not many will explain the actual physiological process of decreasing body fat. In this video, I explain how the body never actually loses its fat, even though it is still losing weight! Furthermore, I explain the science behind body fat and these weight loss mechanisms.
