Approval Form

If you are submitting  a piece that originated from a course or lab project, please fill out and submit an Approval Form with your submission. The instructor or faculty member can also send this form directly to the D.U.Quark. Because the journal is student-run, this approval form does not guarantee acceptance, nor does it solicit opinions from the faculty. This approval form is only to ensure that no submissions contain inappropriate instances of plagiarism or unpublished data.
